SAP R/3 implementation of Production Planning, Material Requirement Planning, Warehousing, Customer Credit Control and a series of reports for efficient inventory control, for a 1 MT hot rolled steel coil producer in a period of 1 year with 6 consultants at site. The client was able to realize tangible benefits of over 10 times the implementation cost within a short span of 2 months. The migration to live system was effectively managed within a 12 hour period with no glitches. The client rated this migration as the smoothest ever in their IT history. A CRM system was further developed for the client to enable better interaction with the customers, which was one of the first of its kinds in the Indian steel industry.
SAP R/3 implementation of Materials Management, Sales & Distribution, & Production Planning for a 1 MT steel producer in Ukraine , completed in 1 year with 5 SAP consultants. The new management of the company was also provided with a series of Management Control Reports for effective business management (including issues such as Barter Trade). The effort turned the client away from a point of scrapping the SAP R/3 system to a high utilization of SAP R/3 system. The effort was reported on the SAP web site in Russian language, it being the FIRST feasible implementation of Production Planning for a metal processing unit.

Oracle based Mars ERP implementation for steel equipment manufacturing industry with a turnover of USD 50 million was procured by our client about 2 years ago, but they had an unsuccessful implementation. We advised the client that procuring another ERP system would require another 1.5-2 years, and requested for a chance to implement the same. We completed the project in a period of 6 months with a team of 6 engineers.

This software provides for complete drawings management as well as integrates to Microsoft Project and SAP ERP system to provide all necessary project monitoring information for each project.
